Tasks

-Perform inter-disciplinary design checks to ensure integration and accuracy. -Ensure compliance of Appointed Parties' BIM documentation and other digital deliverables with client and international standards. -Assess the support chain and facilitate mobilization and BIM kick-off meetings. -Provide flexible cover and support for the BIM Coordinators team when required. -Monitor and track implementation and performance using Power BI and other online tools. -Facilitate lessons learned sessions to continuously improve processes. -Enforce the Digital Delivery strategy and champion innovation within the project. -Provide advice and support to the client and support chain regarding emerging technologies, asset performance, and operations requirements. -Conduct regular BIM Coordination meetings to ensure alignment and progress. -Create detailed work process maps to streamline project workflows. -Organize digital workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge. -Develop and maintain client BIM documentation aligned with ISO19650 standards.

What You Bring

-Ability to develop and maintain BIM documentation aligned with international standards. -Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents. -GCC experience is preferred. -Ability to ensure compliance with client and international standards for digital deliverable. -Capability to provide flexible cover and support for the BIM Coordinator team when required. -Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, Navisworks, and Revit. -Effective in a multi-organizational environment, developing relationships that align with the client's proactive, collaborative culture. -Over 15 years of experience in BIM/Digital Delivery, specifically working with PAS 1192 / ISO 19650 standards on rail and metro projects. -Skilled in performing inter-disciplinary design checks to ensure integration and accuracy. -Competence in monitoring and tracking implementation and performance using Power BI and other online tools. -Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and support the engineering team. -Ability to interface effectively with clients, stakeholders, and various project teams. -Strong understanding of digital delivery strategies and emerging technologies in the construction industry. -Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from a recognized institution/university. -Knowledge of asset performance and operations requirements in the context of BIM. -Able to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of support function problems. -Experience in conducting BIM Coordination meetings, digital workshops, and lessons learned sessions. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration and reporting. -Experience in developing work process maps to streamline project workflows.
