Tasks

-Assist in the planning and execution of commercial analysis to support strategic initiatives. -Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders to support informed decision-making. -Support the development of business cases and commercial recommendations. -Support compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements -Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all outputs. -Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Development, Leasing, Marketing, and Property Management to understand business needs and deliver insights. -Work with data from multiple sources to deliver clear, actionable insights. -Create, maintain and update data visualisation dashboards to support reporting and decision-making. -Contribute to financial modelling and risk assessments to inform capital and asset planning.

What You Bring

-Sound knowledge of current events, trends and economics -Understanding of commercial strategy and financial principles. -Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to incorporate this into ways of working -Working knowledge of Tableau or similar data visualisation tools. -2+ years in a commercial analysis or business support role. -Ability to communicate and present well to various audiences -Familiarity with market research and data analysis techniques. -Exposure to research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. -Ability to utilise market research and data analysis techniques -Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects within deadlines
