Explore opportunities to improve efficiency of processes across Bozzuto’s investor relations function.
Organize timely responses to investor requests for financial and operational information.
Coordinate with accounting, tax and legal professionals on investor and capital raising matters.
Prepare and coordinate capital calls and distributions.
Assist in onboarding investors to new and existing platforms, including detailed review of investment vehicle organizational documents and subscription agreements.
Manage, organize and ensure data quality of investor portal and databases.
Assist in preparation of materials to support capital raising efforts.
Lead planning of investor events.

Strong analytical skills. Working knowledge of real estate capital structures required preferred.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, and as a productive member of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Juniper Square or other investor portal highly preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to effectively summarize information and clearly, logically, and concisely articulate an argument along with supporting rationale. Submission of writing sample required.
Outstanding attention to detail, work ethic and professional integrity.
Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, marketing and/or communications with 3+ years of professional experience. Graduate degree and previous employment in investor relations, fundraising, fund management and/or commercial real estate role highly preferred.
