Tasks

-Organize Community Events: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing resident activities and events, fostering a sense of community and engagement among residents. -Provide Local Information: Maintain an up-to-date directory of local services, including restaurants, shops, and delivery options, offering recommendations and information to residents as needed. -Package Management: Accept and document package deliveries, promptly notifying residents of their arrival and ensuring secure storage until pick-up. -Greet Residents and guests Welcome all residents, prospective tenants, and visitors to the community with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. -Handle Inquiries: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests promptly, directing them to the appropriate team member or resolving the issue directly when possible. -Manage Resident Services: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of community amenities, such as guest suites, the loading dock, and elevator usage for move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth operations.

What You Bring

-Customer service experience is preferred, particularly in hospitality or residential services. -Availability to work second and/or third shift. -Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work week days and weekends -Knowledge of local area amenities and services is a plus. -Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
