Tasks

-Managing and retiring CGI within the appropriate product asset management system -Managing and motivating a small team of CGI Executives -Responsible for the production of CGI content cross channel, supporting the Head of Creative in ensuring the visual execution is on brand, inspirational, customer centric and accurate for a consistent customer experience -Produce detailed schedules, with clear milestones and sign off stages, to ensure that assets are delivered on time to a high standard -Collaborate on and support developing a CGI creative strategy with the Head of Creative that underpins the marketing and digital strategies, plus wider business objectives, to ensure direction is clear for both planned and tactical content across the business -Manging brief requests, workload and scheduling of projects across the team to ensure delivery on time and on budget -Create and maintain a flexible sign off process where the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time

What You Bring

-Proven experience manging CGI and / or photography production from briefing, through to sign off and delivery -Strong presentation skills to audiences at all levels -The ability to influence and negotiate in the face of adversity -Proven experience managing budgets within a fast paced environment -Strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail -Highly creative and innovative problem solver -Scheduling, workload and team management experience -Art direction and the ability to creatively review images
