-Lead and mentor a team of hydrogeologists, geotechnical engineers, and scientists to elevate technical excellence and career growth -Direct complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery -Deliver high-level consulting services in mine water management, hydrogeology, and environmental impact assessments for global mining clients -Collaborate with global technical practice groups to advance innovation and visibility in mine water solutions -Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic advisory and business development initiatives

What You Bring

-15+ years of experience in mining hydrogeology, with a strong track record across the full mining lifecycle -Proven leadership in delivering large-scale, multi-disciplinary mining projects -Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally to support project delivery and client engagement -Professional designation (e.g., P.Geo or equivalent) and eligibility for registration in Canada -MSc or PhD in Hydrogeology (or equivalent), with a BSc in geology, civil engineering, mining, or environmental science -Proudly Canadian – born and raised in Québec, now operating in over 40 countries, including Antarctica -Experience with groundwater monitoring, aquifer testing, and numerical modeling tools (e.g., MODFLOW, FEFLOW, GIS)
