Traveling Facilities Maintenance Technicians

Overview

Perform on‑site repairs and maintenance for paving projects, traveling 3‑4 days weekly.

Tasks

-Complete repairs onsite for our paving clients -Complete daily safety assessments and inspections -Completes maintenance work on paving projects -Work with client as a representative of the Company to ensure customer satisfaction, exercising independent discretion and judgment to resolve customer concerns and meet customer expectations -Work with Project Manager and Superintendent to access project needs -Offers service and customer assistance during site visits -Maintaining QUALITY work in a timely manner, implementing, and enforcing Company quality standards -Create a positive work environment, including implementing and enforcing Company policies and procedures -Adhere to OSHA and Company safety requirements -Work directly with customers and Company team members, representing the Company

What You Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent -Ability to travel 3-4 days per week. -Entry level available but 1-3 years with asphalt or paving experience, preferred. -Eligible/Required for driving a company vehicle -Valid drivers license, required.
