Lead creation and enhancement of project execution plans using ZPEPP and AWP.

Tasks
-Lead the development, creation, and compilation of the different components of a project execution plan from various corporate support groups, e.g. safety and quality, as well as operational groups, e.g. engineering, procurement and construction. -Collaborate with proposed Project & Corporate Leadership during the proposal period to develop the project execution strategy. -Monitor and lead the development of project constructability/best practice strategies from the collection of lesson’s learned through a series of site audits and communication workshops. -Organize and present the proposal execution plan to the project team prior to submission of the proposal. -Develop the skill set and assist in career development of the Execution Planning Coordinator(s) who are under your supervision. -Initiate and assist in the development of a project timeline during the proposal period, which will serve as the basis for a project engineering, procurement, construction, and start-up (EPCS) schedule. Implement the AWP Process for the creation of the Work Breakdown Structure.
