Tasks
-Marketing Studio Contribute to the design and execution of marketing materials that drive business development. -Research and analyze market data across a variety of sectors to support our research insights and client solutions. -Tackle real-life tasks and projects to enhance the quality and accuracy of Colliers property and client data including our key platforms. -Broker Support Work directly with teams to support their success. -Participate in networking events and professional development workshops. -Finance Complete a hands-on case study to discover the buyer, seller, and lender perspectives of commercial real estate transactions. -Learn and apply marketing best practices that are integral to real estate transactions. -Data Operations Learn how data powers the industry by assisting in data quality initiatives and database management to gain insights on the markets. -Collaborate with internal teams and brokers on live projects and client engagements.

What You Bring
-This position is an in-office role based out of our Downtown Toronto Office** -A demonstrated interest in Real Estate through involvement with campus clubs, case competitions, or relevant courses. -Must have access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license. -Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). -Research & GIS Understand market trend analysis, compile reports, and support data-driven decision-making. -Maintains a high degree of discretion and confidentiality; uses diplomacy, and judgment in disclosing information. -Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is considered an asset. -Skilled communicators with a collaborative mindset. -Current student at a Canadian University majoring in Business, Real Estate, Economics or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with an expected graduation date in 2027. -Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills. -Analytical and detail-oriented, proficient in Excel. -Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
