-Promote and maintain high safety standards on site. -Support the Senior Project Manager in planning daily activities. -Oversee smooth day-to-day site operations. -Brief teams, monitor progress, and ensure quality delivery. -Provide regular updates to Project Managers and stakeholders. -Help track and maintain accurate cost records. -302.1 Installing, maintaining and removing traffic management on rural and urban roads training -Spot and address potential issues before they escalate.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. -A full UK driving licence, as you’ll be visiting multiple sites. -Proven experience leading or supervising an operational or field based team, keeping people motivated and projects on track. -Confident using tools like Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other relevant software. -Experience in the highways electrical sector is a bonus, or a good understanding of working safely and efficiently in live highway environments. -A calm, proactive approach under pressure, able to make quick, effective decisions to keep projects moving. -It would be a benefit if you have a good knowledge of the 18th Edition
