Tasks

-Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure project progression. -Change order management -Serve as a liaison between Project Manager/Construction Manager and vendors/end clients. -Conduct meetings in the absence of the Project Manager or Construction Manager. -Assist with communication chains. -Ensure projects align with plans and complete them in a timely manner. -Maintain accurate project timelines.

What You Bring

-Minimum of an Associates Degree; Bachelors Degree preferred -Knowledge of construction projects -1-3 Years Experience as a project coordinator or similar role -Understanding of scope of work -Strong organizational skills -Attention to detail -Strong communication and organizational skills
