Tasks

-Handle all local logistics, including visas, flights, transportation, and accommodation. -Oversee daily/weekly vessel crew changes and coordinate leave planning with Department Heads. -Implement and monitor project training matrices and registers, and prepare regular manpower and travel reports. -Maintain accurate HR data systems, covering travel movements, leave schedules, time sheets, and personal records. -Manage onboarding for all project-related personnel (staff, vessel crew, 3rd party laborers, and visitors) and coordinate with labor suppliers for recruitment.

What You Bring

-Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with openness to flexible working hours. -Proven experience in a similar role within the offshore or maritime industry, or a strong willingness to learn, with excellent data entry skills and attention to detail. -Demonstrates professionalism and can handle sensitive information with confidentiality. -Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. -Effective team collaboration and communication abilities.
