Tasks

-Track the impact of digital and service improvements through KPIs -Conduct structured analysis of customer behaviour & attitudes and identify key opportunities for improvement. -Gather and interpret data from multiple sources (web analytics, heatmaps, surveys, VoC, interaction analytics, operational metrics). -Translate findings into clear reports and dashboards, highlighting pain points and improvement opportunities.

What You Bring

-Communicate insights in clear, simple language tailored to non-technical audiences. -Strong experience in customer, digital, or operational analytics -(desirable) Knowledge of programming (e.g. SQL, Python, R) for deeper analysis. -Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g. GA4), dashboards (e.g. LookerStudio, Power BI, Tableau), and A/B testing/optimisation and heatmapping platforms. -Ability to interpret data and present actionable recommendations clearly. -Exposure to customer journeys, CX best practices in B2B environment, VoC programmes, sentiment analysis, or customer research methods.
