Tasks

-Negotiate payment plans or settlements for outstanding debts while maintaining client relationships. -Collaborate with the sales, operations and finance teams to reconcile accounts and resolve rental disputes. -Develop and implement strategies to reduce overdue accounts and improve cash flow. -Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections. -Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client communications in our system. -Communicate with clients regarding overdue invoices, payment terms, and any discrepancies in accounts. -Conduct credit checks on new clients and assess their creditworthiness based on rental history and financial information. -Report on accounts receivable status and credit control activities to management regularly. -Generate and distribute monthly statements and overdue notices to clients.
