Tasks

-Generates on line packages for annual audits as assigned. -Reviews ‘check run’ with Property Manager and authorizes release of payments. -Maintains books and electronic records for projects, in accordance with company’s internal and external reporting requirements. -Maintains and respects resident confidentiality. -Complies with applicable government regulations. Complies with company policies, rules, and regulations. -Prepares periodic reporting to government agencies, financial institutions and investors. -Calculates management fees. -Performs monthly close, including analysis of significant variances. -Monitors and assists site bookkeepers with their job performance responsibilities. -Assists management with budget preparations. -Reconciles bank accounts; makes necessary adjustments on time. -Calculates periodic accruals. -Performs audits and analyses required by the Controller with minimum oversight.
