Soft Service Manager

Overview

Lead and manage delivery of soft services (cleanliness, security, landscaping, waste) for FM project in Qatar.

Tasks

-Manage budgets, procurement, and resource planning for soft services. -Foster a culture of customer service excellence and staff development. -Develop and implement service delivery strategies aligned with client expectations and contractual obligations. -Manage and supervise soft services teams and subcontractors to ensure high-quality performance and compliance with health and safety standards. -Coordinate with other FM departments to ensure seamless integration of soft and hard services. -Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs, taking corrective actions where necessary. -Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement. -Oversee the day-to-day operations of all soft services including housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, and waste management.

What You Bring

-Experience in managing large teams and multiple service lines. -Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. -Familiarity with CAFM systems and FM reporting tools is an advantage. -CFM (Certified Facility Manager) certification is preferred. -Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field). -Previous experience in the Middle East, particularly Qatar, is desirable. -Minimum 5 years of experience in a Soft Services Management role within the Facilities Management sector.
