Senior paralegal delivering litigation & employment legal support, case management, discovery.

Tasks
-Draft legal holds and administer them through Mitratech Legal Hold system -Provide backup support for SOPs as needed -Assist with responses to EEOC charges, state agency complaints, and related filings -Draft, review and finalize discovery responses, subpoenas, privilege logs and document productions -Conduct custodian interviews and assist with document collection -Support other discovery efforts as needed including eDiscovery -Utilize Mitratech TeamConnect matter management system and SharePoint to maintain case files -Liaise with HR and compliance teams on employment-related requests -Support attorneys in handling employment disputes, investigations, compliance matters -Draft and review pleadings, motions and legal correspondence -Coordinate with outside counsel as necessary -Perform in-depth legal and factual research

What You Bring
-Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines -Intellectually curious with a passion for process improvements and technology such as AI -Bachelor’s degree required; JD or paralegal certification preferred -Self-driven, operates with a sense of urgency, and resourcefulness -Relativity & Purview -10+ years’ experience in litigation and/or labor & employment in a law firm or in-house environment -Advanced proficiency with software such as (but not limited to) -Microsoft 365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc. -Team player with excellent interpersonal skills -Demonstrated expertise in legal research, discovery drafting, eDiscovery and trial preparation -Experience with matter management systems -Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships -Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive matters with discretion -Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels and across all functions within an organization
