Tasks

-Bring new business / enquiries through existing customer contacts to secure basic monthly targets. -Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to installation activities and contractor performance. -Stay informed about market trends and customer expectations in Qatar’s air-conditioning sector. -Support additional revenue generation through direct AC sales to individual customers and new projects. -Conduct site inspections to determine cooling requirements and calculate AC tonnage. -Review and interpret engineering drawings for installation planning. -Negotiate installation pricing and terms with contractors for project efficiency. -Supervise AC installation contractors to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines. -Identify and implement revenue generation strategies within projects. -Evaluate quality and inspection reports for AC installations on a contractor-wise basis. -Maintain effective communication with customers for project coordination and satisfaction. -Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards during installation.

What You Bring

-Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment -Good computer literacy, including MS Office and reporting tools. -Ability to work as a member of a team -Analytical ability -Familiarity with Qatar’s HVAC market and regulatory environment. -Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -5-6 years’ experience & strong technical knowledge of Window, Split, Ducted, and VRF AC systems. -Contractor supervision and negotiation skills. -Sales and revenue generation capabilities. -Experience in site inspection and load calculation. -Good communication -Ability to generate and analyse MIS and quality reports. -Ability to identify priorities and organize and plan activities to ensure proper and timely execution
