Tasks

-Prioritizes work responsibilitiesso as togive appropriate attention to all work areas in the assigned geographical area. -Responds quickly to any client or vendor complaints, requests and issues, documenting the issue and following up to resolution. -Communicates company initiatives, procedures, and direction to the vendor in a timely manner. -Manages the scheduling of services based on customer requirements, within specified periods. -Acts as the primary point of contact and a functional bridge between vendors and the customer. -Communicates regularly with upper management to ensure operational continuity, track performance, and resolve any larger issues. -Manages special project work as requested. -Ensures that the vendors have a clear understanding of the customer requirements and expectations. -Responsible for hiring, training, negotiating and developing vendor partners. -Ensures work standards are in accordance with customer requirements. -Conducts quality control visits to ensure our customer’s needs are met. -Manages chemical and equipment inventory.

-Dependable, reliable and punctual -Great verbal and written communication skills -Professional demeanor and behavior -Some experience with and knowledge of cleaning processes and equipment. -Must be accessible to our customers, after hours, weekends, holidays and in emergency situations -General ability with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) -Excellent customer relationship skills -Must possess a clean driving record with a valid U.S. Driver’s License -Must have a reliable vehicle with car insurance. -Must be self-motivated with a strong ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks, projects, and meet deadlines. -Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision -High School Diploma or equivalent; required. -Minimum 3 years management and supervisory experience in related field, preferably account management -Must be able to negotiate and collaborate with vendors at many different levels. -Must be willing to work weekends and be flexible with their schedule -Familiarity with the hiring process -Ability to maintain high-quality interpersonal relationships.
