Supervises electrical construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

Tasks
-Perform daily inspections of work performed. -Develop and manage job schedules (e.g. three week, 90 day, man loading), coordinate work with contractors and deliveries with suppliers and ensure inspections are scheduled appropriately. -Solve problems that arise. -Establish budgetary guidelines for the job, and ensure that cost control measures are being followed. -Act as liaison and coordinator between contractors. -Provide job safety training and awareness for all personnel. -Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Establish quality standards of all jobs, and ensure that all quality assurance and company standards are being met. -Direct and supervise crews -Conduit installations within hazardous locations -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Supervise small to medium size construction projects

What You Bring
-Working knowledge of computers and experience with the use of Microsoft Excel and Word -Must have a positive attitude and possess excellent motivational skills -Regular, reliable attendance -Prepared to attend meetings with customers and owners/general contractors -Able to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future -A minimum of five years experience as General Foreman or Superintendent -Willing to travel and relocate on an as needed basis; nationwide -Broad understanding of technical electrical systems, including but not limited to: -Work productively and meet deadlines timely -Experience managing 20-50 craft employees at one time -Cable pulling in conduit and tray -Adapt to new surroundings and new people -Must be able to access all points of a construction site -Must be able to work with a team and provide input -Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
