Tasks

As a Senior Wayfinding Designer, you will be responsible for providing design leadership and project management expertise on a diverse range of wayfinding projects across the region. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative wayfinding solutions that meet client objectives and exceed industry standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to lead and contribute to impactful projects focused on elevating user experiences and navigation within built environments. You'll engage in a vibrant mix of creativity, problem-solving, and collaborative tasks, providing the perfect platform for your innovative work. This includes strategizing and developing user-centric wayfinding methodologies, to optimize navigation experiences, as well as creating compelling presentations that showcase our solutions effectively. -Develop creative direction and execution of wayfinding, signage, and placemaking projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. -Coordinate and work closely with wider teams of architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to propose integrated wayfinding design solutions that meet clients’ requirements. -Create compelling narratives and presentations to effectively communicate strategy and design proposals to clients and project stakeholders. -Provide mentorship and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and collaboration. -Lead the conceptualization, design development, and implementation of wayfinding projects from inception to completion. -Manage project schedules, resources, and workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design deliverables. -Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in wayfinding design, and incorporate relevant advancements into project deliverables.

Join us in shaping the future of built environments with your expertise and creativity. -Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders. -Extensive understanding of local regulations, codes, and standards governing wayfinding and architecture projects in the Middle East. -Demonstrate expertise in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, AI Tools, 3DS Max and SketchUp to create conceptual designs, sketches, and illustrations. -Strong creative and conceptualization skills, with the ability to utilize robust expertise in urban planning and interior design to develop and illustrate comprehensive wayfinding strategies and presentations. -Strong understanding of materials, and fabrication techniques. detailed design drawings and specifications. -Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in wayfinding design, signage, and environmental graphics on various project typologies including masterplans, luxury hospitality, residential, mixed used, retail, commercial, entertainment, healthcare and education -Robust design portfolio and proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex wayfinding projects from concept to completion. -Willingness to travel globally as required to support project needs and client engagements. -Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, urban design, graphic design, or related field. -Expertise in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, AI Tools, 3DS Max and SketchUp and AutoCAD. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
