  • Coordinate both internal and external multi-disciplinary team members of the project on delegated tasks with input from the Project Manager and build strong working relationships throughout.
  • Participate in inner-office functions, professional organizations, and technical committees as time and interest allows. Business Development and strategic marketing opportunities are available.
  • Provide Architectural support to other Weston & Sampson discipline groups including our CMR (construction) team, Landscape Architecture, Environmental, and other Engineering groups.
  • Support our Facilities Architecture team in the planning and design of new and renovated facilities. Work includes Conceptual planning through Construction Document preparation and Construction Administration.

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Architecture, or equivalent degree required. Licensed or licensure track preferred.
  • 3+ years of substantial experience as a productive member of a project design team with strong technical and Revit skills. Revit fluency is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand all phases of project development from Schematic Design through Contract Administration.
  • Ability to function comfortably, gain trust, con fi dence, and deal effectively with a wide range of individuals including consultants, contractors, and facilities project team members both internally and externally from W&S.
  • Knowledge of architectural detailing, building codes, construction materials, and level of comfort at a construction site preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and experience leading and participating in client presentations and design review meetings.
