-Lead and mentor your team of electricians and apprentices - set daily goals, reinforce safety and workmanship standards, and run toolbox talks -Assist with pricing and variations, track costs against budgets, and protect margins with smart planning and accurate documentation. -Work closely with civil crews, traffic management providers, designers, and council teams to solve issues and keep communication clear. -Plan and delivery of intersection builds, maintenance runs, and book traffic management

What You Bring

Excellent opportunity for a hands-on Project Engineer with an electrical background -Safety first mindset, capable of leading RAMS and toolbox talks -Strong planning and sequencing skills with solid documentation discipline -Electrical background or familiarity with signal hardware, cabling, or controllers -Proven experience coordinating site or engineering delivery (civil, electrical, or ITS) -Exposure to commissioning, testing, and as-built documentation
