Tasks

-Manage project compliance to required quality standards -Project Planning & Scheduling for all labor, equipment, material and subcontractor requirements, with all project stakeholders. -Project Financial Management, including the management and reporting of: -Ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations for construction projects in accordance with the Company’s OH&S management system -Fosters teamwork and cooperation with a strong ability to work with a highly functional team of experts -Effectively examines events, issues and problems to generate optimal solutions in a timely manner -Communicates with impact and creates an environment in which people communicate openly and honestly -Reporting location - Working on a job site, from a construction site trailer

What You Bring

-Prior experience in Heavy Highway construction supervision preferred -High school diploma is required -Daily exposure to construction environment i.e. heavy equipment, oncoming traffic, inclement weather (heat, cold, rain etc.) -Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. -Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory position in construction. -Must pass drug screen and background check before being employed -Focused on details, highly organized and works effectively with shifting priorities and rapid change -Pass a pre-employment “Fit for Work” physical. -Valid full driver's license -Experience working with Unions and DOT projects is preferred -Civil and/or DOT experience -Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
