Tasks
-Making sure project closeouts are as clean as your job site. -Work alongside experienced professionals who will mentor and support your growth. -Participating in PM and corporate meetings where your voice will be heard. -Diving into subcontractor bids and figuring out who’s got the goods. -Keeping an eagle eye on the Cost Control Log—because budgets are key. -Crafting and sending bid solicitation letters to subcontractors like a pro. -Helping make the big decisions with trade scope reviews and recap sheets. -Drafting recommendation letters to owners—because your opinion matters. -Tracking punch lists and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. -Overseeing submittals and keeping everything moving smoothly. -Taking part in training and development opportunities that’ll take your skills to the next level. -Managing the RFI process (Requests for Information) like a detective on a mission. -Flexing your math skills with quantity take-offs (because numbers are your thing, right?). -Keeping projects on track with regular schedule updates.
