The Role
Overview
Maintain IT/RF equipment for emergency services, providing field support across Dublin.

Tasks
-Maintain equipment using contract manuals and Telent QEHS/ISO standards -Deliver preventative maintenance and break/fix support, escalating recurring faults -Complete site documentation accurately and on time -Provide out-of-hours on-call support -Supporting the maintenance of MDTs, TETRA systems, routers, and RF/IT connectors -Monitor solutions to prevent outages and assist with root cause analysis -Manage workflow, escalate third-party requirements, and complete RMA processes

What You Bring
-Experience maintaining IT and RF equipment in Emergency Services vehicles and Control Centres -Strong health and safety understanding -HND/HNC/ONC or equivalent, or relevant experience, level 6/7 check -Able to work at height and understanding of wireless/radio technologies -Quick learner with strong problem-solving ability -Field experience in wireless/wired networks -IP and RF skills desirable, plus experience with networks, PCs and radio frequency equipment / products
