Tasks
-Review customized client materials to ensure they follow brand guidelines. -First point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols. Escort visitors to the proper location. -Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor. -Resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner. -Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. -Approve janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed. Address issues with vendors or staff as needed. -Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. -Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify management to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building. -Evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. -Deliver new hire orientation, training, and coaching. Create presentations and speak to various-sized groups. -Follow specific directions as given by the manager and work under minimal supervision. -Make a memorable first impression by answering the telephone in a professional manner. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Minimum Diploma in any field with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
