Tasks
-Develop data models that represent the structure and relationships of data within the organization -A key contributor of PGIM Fixed Income Data Strategy, transforming and modernizing our data environment and landscape -Establish and enforce data best practices through comprehensive, documented guidelines and a transparent review process -Monitor and optimize data systems for performance, ensuring that data is processed and access efficiently -Implement data governance initiatives, including data catalog, data quality framework, and data lineage

What You Bring
-Proven ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment. -Working experience in a Linux based environment -Proficiency in various data modeling techniques (conceptual, logical, physical) -Direct experience supporting multiple business units for foundational data work -Bachelor's degree Computer Science or a related field. -Sound understanding of capital markets within Fixed Income and hands-on experience modeling data domains within financial markets -Experience with data lake/data marts/data warehouse -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and offer alternatives both independently and within teams. -Ability to communicate the status and challenges with the team -Experienced in implementing data catalog and data lineage systems -Expertise in designing relational databases and understands data normalization and denormalizations -Fluent in SQL Server development (DDL, Stored procedures, Views) -Demonstrating the ability to learn new skills and work as a team -Experience in Microsoft Purview -Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SAFe development methodology & DevOps
