Tasks

-Develop new features and improve existing products and capabilities that support analysis – calculations, simulations, machine learning predictive modelling. -Support academic engagement and R&D efforts with higher education partners. -Testing and evaluating ML / software solutions. -Continue effective development and scaling of existing projects. -Ensure both the correct prioritisation and quality of delivery of new features.

What You Bring

-SAM (Sustainability Analytical Model): A toolset for rapidly creating simulation models and outputs -Experience supporting others to develop knowledge, skills, and confidence. -Experience with simulation and analysis tools in the built environment. -Ability to research, horizon-scan and validate new ideas and technologies. -Kaleidoscope: A machine-learning tool to make early-stage design analysis much faster than traditional methods -Agile product management / being part of a development team that adheres to Agile principles. -Product ownership experience. -Working knowledge / direct experience with Python or similar. -Experience working with statistical models and algorithms. -Demonstrable experience working either as a product lead or in a related role, with a track record delivering on a variety of complex data-driven projects.
