Tasks

-Manage and convert warm leads generated through marketing and site visits into successful sales bookings. -Ensure timely follow-ups, document collection, and payment scheduling. -Identify bottlenecks in the closing process and implement improvements to enhance conversion efficiency. -Serve as the single point of contact for clients from post–site visit to final sale closure. -Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns. -Coordinate with internal sales teams, channel partners, and developers to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of queries. -Conduct price negotiations, support financial discussions, and guide clients through paperwork and booking formalities. -Track and maintain accurate sales records, client interactions, and updates in the CRM system.

What You Bring

Propacity is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Closing Manager to convert high-intent leads into successful bookings. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and excel at relationship-building and deal closure, this role is an excellent fit. -Experience working with a mandate firm or a developer firm is mandatory. -Comfortable using CRM tools and sales tracking systems. -Highly organized, deadline-driven, and customer-focused. -Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. -Ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously. -2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or client management (closing experience is mandatory). -Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
