Tasks
The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our clients' hiring needs. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and present candidates to clients for various job positions in the Commercial Construction industries. This role requires close collaboration with clients, understanding their requirements and providing them with exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.

What You Bring
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines -Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection processes -Previous experience as a Recruiter in the Construction Staffing & Recruiting Industry -Team Member Documentation and compliance -A proactive and result-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidate profiles to clients. -Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media platforms, and ATS -Bilingual (Preferred)
