Tasks

-Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives to drive profitable above market growth and achievement of monthly/yearly sales and margin budgets in the Atlanta region. -Champion a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees comprehend and strictly follow safety protocol and procedures -Promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and teamwork -Leverage business technology and sales data to make informed business decisions -Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales budgets, pricing strategies, and territory design -Continuously build market intelligence through local industry associations, events, and vendor relationships -Lead the field execution of sales campaigns and product launches -Maintain effective communication with Branch, Regional, and Executive Leadership to achieve common goals and drive results -Support Outside Sales Representatives in building strong relationships with key accounts

What You Bring

-Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills -Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus -Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years of experience in leadership within the field of sales -Strong business acumen and the ability to contribute strategically at the leadership table -Previous operational experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or a related industry preferred
