Tasks
-Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to inform strategy. -Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product development team, including product managers, designers, and engineers (depending on org structure). -Drive user-centric product development based on market research, user feedback, competitive analysis, and business data. -Present product strategies and updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders. -Define and drive the overall product development strategy in alignment with business objectives. -Manage product portfolios, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. -Implement best practices for agile product development, ensuring high quality and speed to market. -Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and success. -Oversee the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. -Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement across the product lifecycle. -Maintain open communication channels across teams and promote a culture of transparency and accountability.

What You Bring
-Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies. -Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. -Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a relevant industry. -Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred). -8+ years of experience in product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
