-Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability. -Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest. -Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licencing regulations. -Drive marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain regular clientele. -Monitor and manage financial performance, including budget control, revenue generation, and cost management. -Lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a positive and dynamic working environment. -Oversee all aspects of the venue’s operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.

What You Bring
-Knowledge of health and safety regulations, licencing laws, and other relevant legislation. -Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality, leisure, or a similar industry. -A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. -Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on employee development. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, analyse financial performance, and implement improvement strategies.
