Tasks

-Ensure compliance with HSE standards and project-specific method statements. -Perform system energization and functional testing across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. -Supervise physical connections of equipment, skids, modules, and vendor packages. -Ensure alignment with structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation systems. -Lead Mechanical Completion (MC) to commissioning handover, including punch list management and readiness gates. -Conduct pre-commissioning checks: flushing, cleaning, lubrication, alignment, and torque verification. -Oversee rotating equipment run-ins and power generation/distribution tests. -Develop and implement detailed hookup plans and workpacks. -Validate automation systems: PLC/DCS I/O, interlocks, VFD tuning, and network redundancy. -Prepare and execute Commissioning Execution Plans (CEP), System Breakdown Structures (SBS), and RACI matrices. -Commission safety systems including ESD, Fire & Gas, deluge, and lifesaving systems. -Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve design and interface issues.
