Overview
Supervises and performs multi‑skill maintenance, joinery and repairs on an industrial site.

Tasks
-Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements and that they have been briefed to the team and understood -Responsible for co-ordinating and supervising the work within their own team, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and to programme -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards at all times -Undertake preventive and reactive maintenance activities in line with site schedules and priorities. -Diagnose issues, identify solutions, and complete repairs efficiently and safely -Collaborate with other engineers, contractors, and departments to ensure maintenance activities are well coordinated -Accurately record all maintenance work using the site’s computerised maintenance management system

What You Bring
Due to company expansion, we are looking for an experienced maintenance supervisor/ operative to support our team on crucial ongoing projects. We are seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in joinery and general building maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied, hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a high-quality environment, and can adapt to different maintenance challenges across the site. - Full-time - 39 Hours Monday – Friday (overtime may be required) -Experience working in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or GMP-regulated environment would be advantageous -Excellent people and communication skills -Demonstrates qualities to deliver Trustland values e.g. honesty, integrity, teamwork, health + well-being, sustainability -Computer literacy is essential -Knowledge of H&S regulations and safe systems of work (e.g., permits to work, risk assessments) -Be flexible and proactive, willing to 'turn your hand to anything' as required to support the operation of the site -Ideally holding an SSSTS qualification -Proven experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer within a commercial, industrial, or regulated environment -Basic understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems
