Tasks
As a Property Manager at Vanguard business unit, you will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of our commercial, industrial and residential properties. You will ensure that the properties are operating efficiently and safely, with all facilities fully functional and well-maintained. Reporting to the senior management team, you will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors and staff. -To ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to maintenance and management of the properties. -Schedule, coordinate and supervise all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors. -Responsible for preserving the good condition of the infrastructure that they are safe and well maintained and functioning. -Fully responsible for the day-to-day operation of the building, ensuring all facilities are always fully operational. -Plan, co-ordinate and facilitate weekly meetings. -Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing is carried out accordingly as specified in their contract’s agreement. -Manage and review all vendor contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation/ tender -Maintain continuous contact and communication with vendor contractors, clients and staff. -Manage and supervise all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the complex/building.

What You Bring
-Able to work with all levels of people with a customer service-oriented mindset -Exhibit organizational and leadership skills -Diploma/Degree in Estate Management, Facilities / Hospitality / Business preferably familiarity with BMSMA -Able to handle pressure, multiple tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively -Hands on experience managing diverse properties and working directly with landlords, tenants, and service providers. -Strong communication and negotiation skills -Well organized and able to optimize cost, space and equipment while working within the budgeted operational costs -Relevant years of experience in managing industrial, commercial and residential buildings -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
