Process vendor invoices timely.
Addresses all standards and liability issues immediately.
Ensure the community is rented to optimal capacity and budget expectations.
Monitors maintenance service requests and works closely with Maintenance Supervisor (or designated maintenance representative) to prioritize and complete service requests within company expectations.
