Tasks

We are seeking an experienced Programme Lead to manage the delivery of a multi-project infrastructure programme at Stansted Airport. This role involves leading a team of Project Managers across SkyLinks, APV, and Baggage projects, ensuring cohesive delivery from design through to construction and installation. -Report monthly on progress, risks, and key decisions to senior stakeholders. -Lead programme delivery and coordination across multiple projects. -Maintain effective stakeholder engagement and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. -Support and guide Project Managers to ensure consistent governance and reporting. -Support procurement and readiness for installation phases. -Manage programme schedules, risks, and issue resolution to maintain progress.

What You Bring

This position will require some additional checks, to ensure you can access the site worked as needed. -Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills. -Ability to operate effectively in live operational environments. -Willingness to work on-site at Stansted Airport up to three days per week. -Proven track record in leading large, complex infrastructure programmes (aviation experience advantageous).
