Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and customer service.

Tasks

-Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams -Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects -Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems accurately and efficiently -Maintain a clean working area -Educate and offer the customer appropriate upgrades that can be completed immediately -Complete thorough evaluation of entire system along with summary upon completion -Keep your company truck clean, inside and out and inventory current -Document work completed with before and after photos -Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers -Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards -Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. -Maintain a clean and professional appearance. -Deliver 5-star service experience to our clients & community

What You Bring

-Two (2) years of Electrical Service experience -Demonstrate Safe working practices and methods -Exceptional Technician: intuitive, hardworking, efficient, no problem wearing a uniform, willing to learn our customer service system, can keep a truck well organized- and owns a ‘ what’s next?’ attitude! -Be able to climb in and out of box trucks and vans, able to lift over 75 lbs, and work in tough environments like the summer heat & winter cold. -Possess the necessary tools, knowledge & drive to exceed industry standards -Can pass the Federal background and drug screen; a clean driving record and current driver’s license are ALL a must (Please do not apply if any of these are issues. We check to protect!).
