Tasks

-Lead and support the design and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects including roads, water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. -Assist in proposal development and contribute to business development efforts. -Prepare engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. -Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team culture. -Conduct site inspections and provide construction support services. -Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, developers, contractors, and regulatory agencies. -Design servicing solutions for new developments, including lot grading, utility layout, and integration with existing infrastructure.

What You Bring

-Registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA. -Experience managing small to mid-sized projects is an asset. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. -Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. -Strong understanding of municipal standards, development processes, and regulatory requirements. -Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant design software. -5–8 years of relevant experience in municipal and/or development engineering, with a focus on new development servicing.
