Overview

Design and manage 3D BIM models for roads and utility infrastructure projects.

Tasks

-Provide technical support and guidance to team members on BIM-related issues -Generate accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates from BIM models -Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, standards, and best practices -Prepare high-quality visualizations and renderings for client presentations -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate various design elements into cohesive BIM models -Assist in the development and implementation of BIM workflows and standards -Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts within the BIM environment -Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for infrastructure projects using industry-standard software -Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends

What You Bring

-In-depth knowledge of infrastructure design principles and construction processes -BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk certifications) preferred -Strong communication and teamwork abilities -Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail -Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Civil 3D and Navisworks and Revit -Demonstrated experience in applying BIM standards and best practices -Proficient enough in handling Civil 3D (Pipe networks- Gravity & Pressure Networks) for Wet & Dry utilities related deliverables -Bachelor's/ Diploma degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field -Familiarity with CAD software and ability to work with 2D drawings -Strong 3D modelling and visualisation skills -Proficient enough in handling Civil 3D for Roadway related deliverables -5+ years of experience in BIM (Roads/ Wet & Dry Utilites) for infrastructure projects -Familiar with infrastructure projects in Middle East region
