Tasks

As a Finance Associate, you’ll be a vital member of our Finance Department, supporting the financial health of the company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll handle essential accounting functions, assist with financial reporting, and contribute to projects that help Mission continue to scale. This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping a growing company succeed. -Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes. -Assist in monitoring company budget and cash flow. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Billing, HR) to support company-wide financial initiatives. -Process payroll, accounts receivable, invoicing, and file closing tasks with accuracy and timeliness. -Support the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. -Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies. -Prepare and maintain financial records and reports for management review.

What You Bring
