Tasks

-Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. -Promote a culture of safety among employees and contractors. -Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's customer base and revenue. -Provide regular reports to senior management on branch performance and progress. -Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors, project managers, paving crews, and support staff. -Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering high-quality paving solutions. -Provide guidance and training to enhance team performance and promote a safety-focused work environment. -Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to projects, finances, and client interactions. -Oversee and manage all branch operations, including project planning, execution, and quality control for paving projects. -Identify new business opportunities, prepare bids and proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients. -Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
