Tasks

-Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. -Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new starters, leavers, and changes to employment terms. -Assist in preparing and processing payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation. -Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and maintaining accurate records. -Ensure compliance with all company policies, HMRC regulations, and other statutory requirements. -Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management in a timely and professional manner. -Perform regular checks and audits of payroll and accounting processes to ensure accuracy. -Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and data entry.

What You Bring

-Previous experience in payroll processing and/or accounts administration. -A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team-oriented mindset. -Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with employees, management, and external partners. -Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality. -Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. -Experience using payroll software and accounting systems, such as RedSky, would be desirable, but training will be provided. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
