The Role

Overview

Supervise and manage crews on commercial plumbing projects in Charleston, SC.

Tasks

-Lead, supervise, and mentor a crew of plumbers, apprentices, and helpers (10–20 team members) on commercial projects -Maintain accurate construction and “as-built” documentation using company technology/applications -Manage jobsite materials, equipment, and company property, coordinate deliveries from vendors and warehouse -Review drawings, specifications, and submittals; plan sequential work steps and schedule crews to meet deadlines -Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of water lines, sanitary/storm lines, plumbing equipment, and fixtures according to contract documents and building codes -Conduct safety inspections, toolbox talks, JHAs, and required documentation for compliance -Ensure all work follows OSHA, company, and customer safety policies, act as Competent Person on site -Communicate project progress, issues, and delays to Field Supervisors, management, customers, and trade partners

What You Bring

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman local to Charleston, SC, with at least 4 years of supervisory experience in new commercial plumbing projects. -Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills -OSHA 30, Fall Protection, First Aid/CPR, and Aerial Platform certifications (or ability to obtain within first year) -High School diploma or GED; Journeyman card or equivalent experience preferred -Minimum 4 years supervisory experience in commercial plumbing projects -Knowledge of new commercial plumbing installation and construction standards
