Tasks

Assists Industrial Services with assessing costs and scope of work involved with demolition projects to include estimating, inspection, project design, customer service and assisting in budgeting for project completion. -Prepare and finalize inspection reports -Estimate potential jobs -Identify work practices and engineering controls to be used for projects -Prepare all project documentation including notifications, letters, reports, safety documents, etc. -Operate motor vehicles safely and in compliance with applicable regulations -Provide customer service to client representatives -Inspect jobsites and ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, etc.

What You Bring

-5 years experience supervising up to 20 people on multiple crews -Excellent verbal communication skills -DOT driver certification -Commercial driver’s license -Strong customer service orientation -Strong computer skills, particularly utilizing Microsoft Office applications -Bilingual (English and Spanish) -Regular attendance and punctuality -Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record -Bachelor’s degree -Excellent problem-solving skills -Strong ability to work safely with equipment -5 years experience estimating and inspecting demolition jobs -High school diploma or equivalent AND 5 years experience in the construction field, OR 10 years experience in the construction field -Extensive knowledge of demolition requirements and techniques
