Tasks

-Oversee the overall client relationship management & advisory on property management matters -Plan and organize execution of tasks contracted by providing guidance/advice to clients to exceed their expectations on all service levels -Support client pitches and transition work -Direct and oversee on-site team & drive profitable P&L -Execute initiatives & programmes as directed -Attend client meetings not limited to Council & AFMs -You will mentor your team and ensure that you provide your clients with the highest standard of services

What You Bring

-Strong client focus and able to maintain a high level of service delivery -Experience in MCST environment and well-verse in statute (BMSMA) -A Diploma / Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or equivalent -Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
