Tasks

-Upload, track, and archive documents using project management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, Documentum). -Maintain document control systems ensuring proper filing, version control, and retrieval. -Coordinate timely distribution and transmittal of documents as per project procedures. -Collaborate with project teams and clients to resolve document-related queries. -Control and manage project documents including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence. -Support document audits, reviews, and ensure document traceability and integrity.

What You Bring

-Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. -3 to 10 years of document control experience in EPC oil & gas projects (onshore/offshore preferred). -Proficiency with document management systems and project control software. -Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline. -Good communication and coordination abilities.
