Assist in recruitment and admin tasks for manufacturing staff.

Tasks
-Provide administrative support to the Manufacturing HR team -Grows and fosters high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up -Follows up on interview process status and update records in an internal database -Works closely with hiring managers / manufacturing General Manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position -Manages the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open hourly and salary roles -Stays active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements -Continuously partners with Human Resources team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies -Sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. -Screens resumes and prospects, qualifies, interviews, and manages candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation -Develops and releases job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards

-Must have excellent follow-through skills -Strong organizational and interpersonal skills -Experience in recruitment -Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. -Associates or Bachelor's degree and/or combination of education, skills, knowledge, and experience to perform in the role -Utilizes knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business -Must have a professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settings -Must be open to domestic and international travel -The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. -Experience working with Microsoft Office suite -Comfortable in an in-person office environment and manufacturing floor environment -Experience with administrative support -Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills -Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search -The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. -Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems -Demonstrated ability to meet quotas -Proficient in Microsoft Office software -2+ years of proven experience in recruitment and conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.) -Must be customer service oriented, flexible, and have a high energy level
